Nationally, Kappa is moving away from Paper recommendations and toward paperless recommendations which can be submitted here. You are more than welcome to send both a paperless submission as well as a paper submission to the address listed above but we highly encourage a paperless submission.

Dear Potential New Members,
Texas Tech University is an incredible university that encourages its students to become involved in extracurricular activities and organizations throughout their college career. The Recruitment process is an unbelievable experience where you have the opportunity to meet hundreds of amazing girls, many of whom will become friends for a lifetime. As you move forward with this new chapter of life at Texas Tech, I encourage you to join in the journey of Recruitment!
I can testify that joining a sorority was one of the best decisions I have made during my college years. Words cannot express the fulfillment I have gained from being a part of Tech Greek Life and how proud I am to say “I’m a Kappa!” Kappa has helped me grow in ways I could never imagine and has given me the most amazing and genuine friendships. I vividly remember preparing for Recruitment and being so anxious for the upcoming week. All I could think about was how much I wanted to find a place that truly felt like home. I am happy to say that through the Recruitment process I was able to find that home in Kappa!
During Recruitment, I hope to express to you the importance our members place on friendship, academics, leadership, and philanthropy. I have been in your shoes and vividly remember the whirlwind of feelings that I experienced during Recruitment week. Recruitment is our chance to share with you how Kappa Kappa Gamma has enriched our college years. I speak for all of us when I say our experiences in Kappa have greatly impacted us and will remain a part of us for a lifetime! Whether it’s becoming a chapter officer, attending date parties with your friends, hanging out in the Kappa house, or volunteering at the hospital with our local philanthropy, Children's Miracle Network. Our experiences in Kappa have made an everlasting impact on our lives. I hope to have the opportunity to share this experience with you, not only for the next four years, but for a lifetime!
I am so excited that you have shown interest in going Greek!
